My Vacuity won't stop flushing.

Before You Begin: 
The most common issue that causes this problem to occur is that the handle arm catches on the vacuum jug (see Fig 1.0 for proper positioning). You may wish to have 2 pairs of pliers and some towels handy before you proceed.

Directions:

  1. Carefully remove the tank lid.
  2. Locate the handle rod. (See Figure 1.1)
  3. Bend the handle arm towards the front of the tank so that it clears the plastic vacuum jug. When bending please be careful not to break the rod. Using two pairs of pliers may help; one to bend the rod with and the other to hold the rod in place at the first bend point. (See Figure 1.2)
  4. Replace the tank lid.
  5. Flush to test.
